It consists of five numbers of cylindrical level tanks (Quadruple + One Tank), one conical and one spherical tank fitted with required numbers of level transmitter and necessary drain valve arrangements. The setup consists of supply water tank with two variable speed positive displacement pumps for water circulation. The process parameters are controlled through software and the output is fed to variable frequency drive used to vary the speed of the pumps. The process parameters are interfaced with computer using ethernet PLC Unit. These units along with necessary piping are fitted on the support frame. These units along with necessary piping are fitted on standalone support structure.<br \/>The controller is connected to computer through USB for monitoring and controlling the process.
