Temperature Process Trainer
Description
The Temperature Process Trainer is crafted to facilitate comprehension of temperature processes and their control. It includes a process tank equipped with a heater for water heating. The tank features inflow and outflow pipelines to ensure continuous water supply. The inflow can be observed and regulated using a rotameter. The temperature of the outflow is measured by an RTD temperature transmitter. The heater supply is governed by a digital indicating controller through a solid-state relay (SSR). These components, along with necessary piping, are mounted on a support frame, making the setup suitable for tabletop placement and access. Additionally, the controller is connected to a computer via USB for process monitoring and control. User-friendly software will be provided alongside the hardware to conduct various sets of experiments.
