Advanced Control Strategies Trainer

Description

Advanced Control Strategies Trainer is a low cost setup designed to understand the concept of most of the advanced control technique that best suits for teaching learning purpose and to perform and implement research related works. It consists of Wireless Data acquisition unit, Four level tanks with level transmitters, Control valve, I/P Converter with Air filter regulator, pressure gauges with necessary piping and drain arrangements. The DAQ board is connected to computer through WiFi for monitoring and controlling the process. The inlet flow to the tank is controlled by a control valve which operates on a 3 to 15 psi pressure signal. A current to pressure (I/P) converter is used to convert the output of the controller (4-20mA) to the signal pressure. These units are fitted on the anodized aluminum extruded rail frame structure for standalone placement and access. User friendly software with easy GUI will be supplied along with the hardware to understand the concepts and to perform different set of experiments as listed below.
