Five Tank Level Process Trainer ( 2 Variants)
Description
Five Tank Level Process trainer is designed to understand the basic level control principles and advanced study in complex systems. Usual Quadruple Tank system consists of four tanks, whereas this trainer consists of Quadruple plus one tank to implement blend control. The setup consists of supply water tank with two variable
speed positive displacement pumps for water circulation, five transparent process tanks fitted with level transmitters and flow dampers. The process parameters are controlled through software and the output is fed to variable frequency drive used to vary the speed of the pumps. The process parameters are interfaced with computer using USB based DAQ system / PLC. These units along with necessary piping are fitted on the support frame. These units along with necessary piping are fitted on standalone support structure. User friendly software will be supplied along with the hardware to perform different set of experiments as listed below.
